The Industrial Injection 350hp / 170% Over Race 5 Injectors start out as a genuine stock re-manufactured injector from the factory then have been extrude honed and balanced to a perfect matching set injectors that flow 65LPM. The Race 5 350HP / 170% Over injectors should be ran with one of our Single S400 or our compound turbo setups to run more efficiently and to help reduce EGTs. We Also recommend a CP3 upgrade like our 120% over Double Dragon Fire Pump or Dual CP3 Kit. These injectors come with a new copper crush washer and o-rings for installation. Injectors are an OEM Genuine part that is a direct replacement injector. Each injector is Individually tested on a state of the art test stand to ensure that they meet OEM specifications. Each test includes a resistance test, system leak test, purge, idle speed test, mid load test, full load test, and static back leak test. Each test cycle checks solenoid response time, back leak flow, and fuel delivery.

Note: It is recommended to replace connector tubes with any new injector install to help prevent any warranty issues. If replacing connector tubes Bosch (F00RJ01572, F00RJ01831) or Cummins (3979419, 5346206) connector tubes MUST be used. The use of any aftermarket connector tubes will VOID WARRANTY.

The most common failure of new injector installations is contamination and the problem that we see most on these comes from the injector connecting tubes.
